Introduction of play：
Danish choreographer Palle Granh?j has now created a work based on the music of Canadian poet and singer Leonard Cohen, a piece possibly to be seen as a self portrait; a representation of the company and its development over the last 20 years.
In the new work, Palle Granh?j explores the term “dance-concert” through the music of Leonard Cohen and creates a selection of images inspired by Granh?j Dans' work through the past two decades.
Palle Granh?j, whose work has been described by international critics as 'magical' and also as 'a touching stage language', will in this production search for new dimensions whilst confronting the universe of longing and melancholy portrayed by the highly renowned poet and composer.
